It's sad because I spent years getting big and lean to the point where people would ask if I was natty or not LMFAO. I really don't look that impressive but one dude did ask me at the gym and I was shocked. I felt confident wearing a singlet. Now I haven't trained for what 4-5 months now? and I look like chit, absolutely shrunk. Feels bad man.

JFL if you dont have a mini gym setup at home (like pull up bar, weighted vest, adjustable dumbells, bench) that will do more than just maintain
stuff that almost takes no space, even the bench can be folded like an ironing board if you are living dat dere inmate 36m2 space

lifting is such a huge and important part of my life, i cant be dependent on others

if you didnt have it before covid, you had enough time before the lockdowns to react because bascially every country let it infest their population by a considerable amount before they enforced lockdown
if you didnt get it as the first thing after lockdown was over and they are about to do another lockdown i got some bad news for u

Also last I heard was only 35 new cases in Sydney, are you doing a total shutdown for that?

Australia has 110 deaths and I believe they're all 70+ year olds, most being 80+

But **** up everyones lives because of that.
