If I'm skeleton mode, I can live off 1800ish, at regular healthy weight, I'm content around 2,700 calories, usually hit my 270~ish protein and I'm satiated.

The more calories I could eat without getting fat the better...4000 would be good.

theres so many factors to consider
how much muscle mass a person has, how much someone weighs, their activity level, where their diet has been at recently.
For me when I am dieting for shows, I can slam 8000 calories a day and be in heaven and feel amazing and think how easy it will be to gain muscle when im done dieting
Then when I am bulking, I eat 4500 calories and feel like **** and dont want to eat at all, even if my GF is making cookies or offers to buy me Froyo and pizza, I usually am like, meh ill go but I dont really want anything.
My sweet spot is usually around 3000 calories as an active 280lb male with tons of muscle, where I feel comfortable and satisfied and still enjoy the taste of food. After eating 4000 calories for a couple weeks, all food starts to taste the same because my body is totally satisfied with salts, fats, sweets, carbs, etc.... Your body only craves what is is missing. If you are dehydrated it wants liquid and salt, if you are depleted of glycogen it wants sugars and simple carbs like bread, if you are lacking fat stores or fats for hormones it will want fried food, nuts, avocados, cheese etc... if you are lacking carbs and fats usually you will want chips, pizza, pasta.

If you fidget, shake your leg, get up and move around a lot throughout the day you burn a lot more calories than the people who sit stationary for the whole time.
I work a desk job but constantly get up and move, twirl **** in my hands, do the leg shake thing, etc. and I burn more passively than most people with desk jobs.
Also do more cardio for free snack calories

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
