So far for me it's feeling your own mortality. Very crazy thing to do but one time I was extremely coked up driving 120mph+ on a dark rainy night. I just see these huge lights in front of me and horn blare and swerve just in time. But yeah, that feeling of nearly experiencing death made me feel extremely extremely alive. I get a similar feeling when speeding or pushing myself intensely during a workout. But never the same as almost dying. It's why roller coasters aren't that exciting anymore for me, I just know there is no risk.

OP, making love to a beautiful woman sounds nice. I've done it once I'd say to someone that was genuinely 8+/10 and the feeling after was nice, especially laying with her. But I think I ruined my experience for myself because of how much I worried about how I looked, performed, what she thought of me etc. Also, because of a not so solid erection because of constant porn use. Maybe someday.

Learning? Learning anything you mean? Becoming good at something you werent before?

Is that what makes you the happiest? No judging btw just really curious, different people enjoy different things, maybe thats what keeps the world going

lmao. Hopefully you get a second chance.

IMO nothing beats that honey-moon phase stage of the beggining of a relationship. Brb fuk her good, then just cuddle for hours watching romantic movies from the 90s.

Few highs have ever compared to the highs received exchanging punches in the ring with somebody who pushes you.

Sex is great. Sex with somebody I love is also a wonderful high, I feel more invested in it.

Bombing a hill at top speed on a skateboard is a high I enjoy, especially the moment the death wobbles show up.

Anything where the possibility to be injured, hurt, and/or real physical harm can be done. There's that feeling of "Oh fuk, now THIS is real." that seems to emerge from it. When your forehead beads with sweat, your palms get COLD, and you feel your hairs rise, and that SHOCK runs through your body because you're thinking "I may have bitten off more than I can chew." Man I love that. That PANIC that gives you serene focus, or sends you crashing down... It's all a sobering reality

But most of all, the feeling of accomplishment when I have put blood, sweat, andeffortinto something and it finally pays off. Staking my life on something, and removing all inhibition as I go headfirst into whatever it is I'm focusing on, now that's... That's freedom.

We are all gelatinous blobs hardwired to reproduce. So inherently most will find happiness in raising kids.
Having freedom not tied down and going after something you really want is where it's at for me boyois

When you get to the point I'm at - and hopefully you are on this track - You will laugh at the fact that you thought making love to a beautiful woman was the main purpose of life - truth is, should only be a side quest. No hero was ever a hero because he loved a woman LOL

Wasn't even trying to be condescending brah, but I think your projection of your attitude shows how you truly see yourself

Good luck brother

I'd always get those GOAT moments of happiness and contentness when surrounded by good friends/family/gf while we're out doing fun stuff.

I have several of those moments imprinted on my memory and they helped alot when I was depressed.

Don‘t be so sure about what you will think about the main purpose of life in 15 years. I have achieved everything I ever dreamt of and came back to the one main purpose of life: love in all its shapes and forms.

that is one important thing to remember about life in general. The goal post is constantly moving depending on what stage you are at in life

This is what I'm finally waking up to. Love is the only thing that matters and yet...it's the hardest thing to care about. Love is the only thing that's meaningful, but fear is far more powerful.

You can sell the lamborghini and have a year long fun-filled days.

This is what makes life so beautiful buddy, we are mostly exactly the same beings, yet at the same time, we are completely different one to another. Completely different universes on the insides of every human being's heart.

And you havent even given your own perspective brah, what makes you happy? That was the point of this thread, to say what makes YOU happy. If you are so enlightened, then by all means, educate us.

If ForumTherapist was here he would probably tell you that as long as you are too focused on what others are doing or thinking of doing with their lives, you wont be able to find true happiness. Those are just my 2cents my man.

This is a big one as well. Being around your parents and slibings, just sharing a beer and laughing together remembering random **** from the past... thats also a feeling that will keep you warm and safe at night lol

This guy fuking gets it! I do stunts and I agree with all of this, especially that last part. The only things I'd add would be eating good food and having legitimate, quality conversations with people.

I'm only here to spread truth brother - to enlighten, not to judge. You do you, but you'll get to that point eventually.

What makes me happy? I mentioned I'm fulfilling my duty and role on earth. But what makes me happy is existence itself.

And there was a deeper reason that you made this thread. Try to figure out why it is.

Oh hell yeah! Legit nothing compares!

I'll second you on the food and real genuine quality conversations. Combine both of those, and that's total peace.

Also check PMs!

Now that i think about it, the conversations i remember the most are those ive had with friends/family at 3-4am after a party/reunion, just gazing at the stars and talking about anything and everything.

Sadly those kind of conversations happen just a few dozen times a lifetime, in my experience.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

My wife and child. My dogs.
I know who I am. And after all these years, there’s a victory in that.
