Can only speak from personal experience but when I was severely lost in life and making personal changes I found that lifting 6 days per week kept my mind and emotions super stable even though I made less progress than I normally would on a 4 day split. I still ate like chit and slept like chit so my physique wasn't that great but I enjoyed it regardless.

2nd. What annoys you is the fact other people have the strenght and determination you don't.
Volume plays the biggest role in hypertrophy (it doesn't matter if you are natty or not).

Lmao, another gymcel that thinks he's Mr motivator because he spends 6 days a week on a pointless hobby
3 days is sufficient. As blissful said, doing 6 days is futile. Lol at spending your life in the gym

I saw this middle aged dude doing this insane workout that would have killed me. It included box jumps on the tallest one my gym has and head stand pushups (srs). Weird thing was this dude looked like an out of shape bum with a gut. He kind of looked like a taller version of danny devito.
I took one look at him and said to myself this guys an alcoholic. Alcohol has a lot of calories especially beer and mixed drinks. Most alcoholics also eat a lot of ****ty food. To answer your question about why this dude would do this dicks out for harambe super shredder workout first its delusion that some day he’ll look like he works out even though hes not addressing the real issue the drinking and diet. And second he knows if he didnt do this crazy workout he would be fatter than The Blob.

I've found pretty much anyone who spends 2-3 hours in the gym every day, regardless of their physique, tends to be a loser who has no other things going for himself (unless you work in a fitness industry).

I agree to an extent. If you have bad/mediocre genetics, you shouldnt make your life revolve around lifting, cost/benefit is very bad IMO. Unless of course, you legit enjoy exercising, seeing your strenght increase, etc and it makes you happy, then by all means do it.
If you are doing it for aesthetics or superficial reasons, geez i dont know, feel like there are much more things that would make you happy rather than achieving a 6.5/10 physique instead of a 6.2/10 physique. Just get some mass and get leaner (12-16% bf), thats maintenable and healthy plus you can enjoy a good social life at the same time.
Im at the gym 6x/7x a days a week and i rarely drink, so probably the OPs talking about me too lmao. However i do believe that for me, the hard work i put on pays off.

Chicken & broccoli is the biggest meme in the fitness world. I can eat taco bell nachos every day and end up with the same physique as the guy eating that hyper poverty paleo garbage diet.

Also, another point i feel every man should realize: Unless your physique is really amazing, and you look very aesthetic... dont post shirtless selfies on your social media, dont even think about it. If people see you bragging about something mediocre they will get extremely turned off.
If you want to get away with bragging about your physique, better be a good one. I cringe at people on ********/instagram/tiktok showing off blocky physiques with fatceps, or "just killed my abs!" captions with a picture of a 19% bf physique attached to it lmao.

The only secret is: consistently lift & eat
They think lifting 6-7 days per week is going to accelerate the process when in reality is that if it does, it's microscopic difference.
Such is natty life. Takes years.

3 day split at 45 minutes. I go at like 1am so nobody is in the gym and i can be in and out without waiting for equipment. Every now and again I will run into that dude that is circuit training on every piece of equipment or is literally camping on one piece of equipment for 2 hours.
Most people have this idea in their head that someone who is strong or has a nice physique spends their whole life following a strict diet and workout plan and that idea just gets reinforced by gymcels. At this point its almost impossible to drop these redpills on normies.
