Skip to 9:45 in this video, Bryan Shaw carries a LOT of bodyfat but a dexa scan had him at 22% because he also carries a ridiculous amount of lean mass.

He really has 22% body fat though, dexa scan is legit

Regardless of what number it was, I prefer that look, 10% body fat, like the hulk, just loking big, masive, healthy muscle mass
