I have 17 inch arms at 6'3, again not really huge especially as everyone on the misc has 20+ inch arms at 6'7, but not 'small as fk' either... it's still besides the point, because i'm not making the point i'm huge, i'm making the point small wrists can give the illusion of size.

I'm delusional because i don't think i'm 'small as fk'? OK then kid.

Why on earth would i post pics because you demand it? It's a forum for chit posting you delusional fk. In fact, it's hilarious when someone who has no avi or no pics of themselves AT ALL demands pics.. imagine that level of insecurity lol.

You know what's delusional, posting other mens instagram pics and convincing yourself that you look like them. What a degenerate you are colin lol... it honestly blows my mind you still have the sack to talk after getting caught and taking that L. Pathetic.

Still you can look aesthetic with a shirt off or tight shirts and pull sluts, its not a death sentence.

A lot of women like the twink pretty boy look also.
Yea also at least you live in Mexico. In the US, about 60% of women ages 20-30 weightmog natty lifters LOL

And lest we forget, for women abs + general v-taper >>> everything else

Depends, are u lifting to look big or aesthetics?

A small wrist has its advantages, as a micser posted pics on the first page of bodybuilders with small wrist. Its like a big waist vs a small waist. A big wrist looks to caveman not aesthetic in my opinioj

Aesthetic with a well balanced (i.e. not emaciated) physique with ripped abs (I'm bulking and hitting abs alone well, strong mind/muscle connection now) in a tank/shirtless

Compared to ten average people picked off the street, you look better than 9 out of 10 of them. Don’t feed trolls, repped.

lol wut? Small joints, hips and waist + wide clavicle is the best combo for aesthetics. But ya you won't get the big or strong as a framecel.

Yea if you lift, even with a small frame, can be easy to get shoulders and chest much wider than waist which always looks good and helps you stick out to general population

Long arms + tiny wrists make bench press gains a massive pain in the ass though

There was a guy with six and a half inch wrists who set a bench press record, can’t remember his name or when this was. Someone here posted it a couple of years back.

What is imporant is muscle belly attachment, you can have the thinnest or thickest wrists it will not matter if your bicep attached halfway hahahahha

The guy’s name was Mike MacDonald and he had six point seventy-five inch wrists and broke records in bench press.
