I'm planning on getting on caffeine. Bought some pre-workout and a stimulant booster came free with it. Hope it goes well for you though
I'm going to use it methodically though, strictly for fitness and fat loss, and plan to cycle on and off of it
What do you take bro? Just coffee or monster drinks, pills?

I go weeks, sometimes months at a time without sugary foods or snacks since that is my weakness. One time I even gave up any sort of sweet, anything you can think of, for about 11.5 months until I caved in and had some Larry and Lenny's vegan choco-chip cookies. Went down hill from there but at least that was an entire year of extremely solid gains. I built my frame and legs a ton that year
It's about how bad you want it. Do you want to be well? Then you'll do whatever it takes and make those choices that need to be made and make those sacrifices to ensure you don't go backwards. It's as simple as will power. It may help to write down, just sort of brain storm a dozen or so strategies you can implement to stay away from caffeine, and follow them. Make a log and post in it every day somewhere on the forum. It'll help a lot

I’ve been a caffeine addict for years and it’s been bad recently. Keep having 600-900mg. Have had 3 panic attacks in my sleep in two weeks

Was drinking 4 cups of coffee per day and have switched to Tea that has 1/10th the amount of caffeine. Much better, you don't crash and it still gives you an energy boost that's not feeling like an energy high. Sleep much better now as a result as well.

Day one without caffeine, I am tired to say the least... I got this mane

I should consider drinking it less as much as I like coffee. I do like one cup of coffee if I do drink coffee.
It's sort of been my quarantine hobby. I don't drink 2-3 cups of coffee though. Good on you OP.

Maybe try CBD? Im thinking of trying CBD while I quit caffeine

Also, anxiety and depression often occur together, and caffeine can worsen anxiety. Stopping abruptly can worsen depression. If you regularly drink caffeinated beverages, quitting can cause a depressed mood until your body adjusts. It can also cause other signs and symptoms, such as headaches, fatigue and irritability.

caffeine is ass, widely abused drug and literally socially acceptable so quitting becomes a knightmare. brb 'wanna go get coffee?'. brb friend makes a pot of hot, nose assaulting coffee. brb starbucks on every corner. brb boss offers to buy me coffee. quitting is fukin hard

I quit drinking coffee and tea around 2 months ago, and besides the withdrawal headaches and tiredness for a week it's been fine.
I'm drinking a tonne more water, and haven't noticed any impact on my lifts. If anything I feel like I have more energy/focus now.
I've had a few odd days where I've had a cup or two, but only after a bad nights sleep. But then I'm straight back on the wagon.
I never messed with caffeine pills, pwo's or energy drinks though.
You can do it man, try to replace the habit with something else. For me it was a tall glass of water as soon as I wake up. It sounds like nonsense but it worked and it got me into the mindset of keeping hydrated.

Grab a green tea or something hot.

don't have anxiety problems but i was a heavy coffee drinker since my teens (5-6 cups+ /day)
i recently quit for 2 months and it didn't do sht for me, only making me more tired.
my advice is quit for a month or two and then get back on a healthy dose (90-120mg/Day max).
Caffeine, in moderate doses, are actually very beneficial for your health/performances and much more

Hey brah. I've been a daily coffee drinker for years. I'm not aware of the science behind it, but I feel a lot of different types of Coffee give you a different form of caffeine regardless of the amount or source. Some coffees used to give me the deepest lowest crashes, and some the highest day long energy boosts. Instead of going cold turkey may want try and experiment which dose/brand makes you feel the best. For the record all coffee selections from Starbucks and DD used to make me feel horrible, Keurig pods are a hit or miss but the smaller unknown brands made me feel way more better.
