Yeah some routines are pretty risky. Clamping if done incorrectly is risky. Same for manual girth work. Horse sqeezes, SSJ, ect.

I’ve never really put much thought into it as the end all be because I really don’t think most women do either. There are some that are size queens of course. From my observation women care about the total package (huehue). I’d think as long as you aren’t hung like a bean when it’s go time you’re good. Also you wouldn’t wanna be so big that it wasn’t enjoyable to the average woman imo.
