I don't feel 100% confident in my answer as I am sure it would have been different 2-3 years ago.

But I would say "no" in the sense that I think some of the strongest feelings we can (as men) feel are driven by our dick. I think you are much more likely to have a stable/anxiety & depression free/good life if you are with someone you have strong feelings for and you can trust 99% of the way who is of similar values.
