most realistic way to live srs people that live in sunshines and rainbows all think they're gonna live to 60+

It's really too hard to for me to tell I have my whole ahead of me. Yet anything can happen. Hoping to peacefully go in my sleep after reaching my goal of being 100 years old. SRS I genuinely want to be centenarian.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I’ve had a great life, accomplished a few things and am going to do as much as I can until I hit 40. I figure if I don’t die I’ll still have a better life than most at that point.

Unfortunately I think I am doomed to live a very long life. Most likely a good 10 years before I actually die, my mind will fail and I won't even remember who I am except for the occasional times where I do remember and am horrified and wish for death and then forget again.

Probably a severe weight cut, a reorganization of all existing assets, intense lab work and testing to determine overall health, and come up with a ten year plan (assuming the docs report comes back favorable) to allow myself the highest possible quality of life during that time.

How are you even going to know if I repped you if you're dead is probably a better question.

Also, I'm young, handsome and in very good shape, so I plan on outliving all you.

Riding into battle on horseback.

Met by an onslaught of enemy combatants, but eventually overwhelmed and fight to the bitter end in unarmed combat.

Most likely Lung cancer, colon cancer or Alzheimers almost certainly.
Alternative is I get shot/stabbed since I live in Africa. Final alternative is suicide since tech is advancing to the point to where we could realistically live forever.

At 89 years old I'll kick the bucket of a massive heart attack while plowing a hhhhnnnggg 24 year old sloot with fake mellons and a thick angus.
At the same time croak, I'll also be dumping my load into her.
Insemination sucsessful, she'll then be left to raise my offspring.
Good luck collecting child support sloot.
