A lot of dudes just look the same, so when they see a guy with long hair, he gets all the attention (unless hes ugly, obviously).

And yes, some women just don't like it and you have no chance with them, but others rlly dig it.

long hair or emo styles on men just looks terrible unless they're going for some boy band, metrosexual look. only other exceptions is professional wrestler or rock band.

Been growing my hair out since Feb, mainly because of the Rona. Seems like every man should experience having long hair once in their life as that's how we are intended to be.

Will grow a beard as best I can also. With short hair and clean shaven I have baby face and look much younger and more harmless.

Curious to hear more experiences of having long hair versus short hair. Certain groups/religions believe men should grow their hair long, that hair acts as an antenna. Native Americans were supposedly better at tracking people/animals with long hair , those who served in the army with high and tights lost this ability.

There was a miscer who posted a thread about cutting his long hair

Looked infinitely better with the long hair. He was a redheaded brah, but I forget his name. But he was a perfect example of a brah who should never have cut his hair.

I don't remember who it was, but the dude definitely should not have cut his hair. Like it was a night/day difference in that the cut hair was just... Rough. Dude had the long flow rocked.

I think it tends to look good on specific people with the face shape and hair genetics for it. Obviously if your hair is greasy/matted/patchy it's just not going to look good at all. And unfortunately, if you aren't the best looking, you're still going to be that, but with longer hair. I've been to some anime conventions in my time, and there was always one or two brahs with ridiculously long hair that should have cut it eons ago.

It is entirely up to genetic. Ugly people shouldn't do it and it also helps to be tall.

Women have told me I looked better with shorter hair rather than longer hair. I've grown it out and yeah, it's a total pain in the ass to maintain and keep up. When you cut it shorter it is much easier to deal with. One of my exes said that I couldn't go too short and that she needed something to grab during sex.

As a long hair brah I can assure you, It takes less effort/time to maintain long hair than short hair (unless we are talking about extremely short hair).

Short hair = Blow dry + wax/paste (takes a lot of time). Not to mention the regular trims (a lot more expensive aswell).
Long hair = Brush it/Put it in a bun and you are ready to go. Unless you are a ******* and use a lot of ****gy tools.
