The west allowed the media to focus entirely on vilifying Hitler without vilifying Stalin post WW2 anywhere near the same level. There was a lot of anti-communist stuff going around but at an infinitesimally smaller scope.

Stalin should have been stigmatized just as much as the nazi's but the west was too puzzy to do this as the ussr was extremely powerful.

Imagine if communism had the same stigma today as nazi's. Society would be 100x better.

i mean think about it. does america suddenly adopt and implement opposite ideologies it held? or is it more likely there was influence from foreign invader/ outside sources?

i will say this comes with a bunch of questions; as birth control was a huge invention in the 60's right along with political protest of vietnam. unfortunately i dont know if political ideals/ THE political climate started shifting before then or not

The knee jerk reaction to fascism is a trained reflex from post WW2 media carried forward to today. If that had also been done with communism it would be that much harder for the marxists to take over academia and the press like they have done. Like there are still fascists in the US even today, they're just extremely few in number and will never, ever gain popular support because of the post WW2 media and it could have been the same with communism if they had targeted it with the same passion.
