Do you have cash or are educated? We had a liberal move here Arizona but they were working in a fast food joint.

So of course they moved back in a matter of months.

Rent where I'm at floats between 1600-2000. 3000 if you want to live in a luxury apartment since that's all California allows to be built. Unless you don't care about sleeping with multiple roommates I suggest living in one of the major cities here. Otherwise you will be looking at a daily 2 hour commute to work.

For some reason, it's probably irrational, but I don't want to move to Florida. My wife and I read online about crocodile infestations and how they can just magically plop in your yard at any given time.

No I live in Los Angeles now but I want to move away from this hellhole someday. It's getting crazy here. People are camping out and there's homeless people in tents and chit everywhere.

There's homeless bums where I live too and I'm in SoCal. Not Los Angeles. Ours just sleep on the sidewalk no tents.

Join me and let's go to Oklahoma. I was looking at it recently and both Tulsa and OKC have accounting work for me. The pay is legit around the same, but the houses are dirt cheap.
