How bad we talkin?
17 flexed is good. cold means not on a pump. E.g. when you wake up. Not after a heavy arm session

95th percentile which I honestly didn't think I'd be that high, surely it's an old chart and out of date. I don't think my measly 14.5 inch arms are big at all. I doubt I have arms bigger than 95% of the people I see walking around outside.
Bench -216lbs
Squat - 268lbs
Deadlift - 375lbs
OHP - 134lbs

Ok bro.

I’m not sure if your posts are all trolls, if your a newb or if you’re a g4p bodybuilding freak.
??? that wasn't a troll post? In the video you can literally see him deadlifting over 8 plates. The point I was trying to make was that its not that bad if your arms are stuck at a certain number, because even the strongest powerlifters plateau

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Dumb chart because there are too many fatcels in the world inflating their numbers with their fat arms

Mine are around 15 or 16 last I checked but it’s been a while
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Dumb chart. Doesn't include fatceps, or height or weight.
