I have a couple very good friends, but they are lame because they are married and have big houses and pets and are already done doing anything other than accumulating wealth and taking vacation photos.

But why. People so clearly want communal activity, want to participate in something, yet as soon as college is over, they lament the loss of youth and then live a lifestyle that makes most people miserable and bored indefinitely into the future.

Didn't have many friends until I was 35 or so. I have have probably 40 or so guys I hang out with on a frequent basis now.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.
