Looks nice bro. As long as you don't have a dog or something that needs grass, that rooftop is a nice outdoor space. Mirin that little deck on the second floor too as a a little sitting area, drink the morning coffee out there.

I have a similar layout, 2000 sq ft 3br 2.5 bath 2 car garage and it's a good space for a first home.

That's pretty nice. For that price and no state taxes, I'd say 8/10.

House is nice but not a fan of community houses that all look the same as your neighbors and little to no yards. But miring the rooftop patio

NW Vegas is legit place to live and house is decent for sure. NOT keen on that price tag though.

I'd ****ing love to live right outside Vegas.

So many good restaurants and shows to visit in the city.

Weather isn't bad except for like three months and it's not crazy expensive.

lol @ Eurocucks saying America is so cheap.

Cookie cutter/10 though
all look same

3 stories is meh.

Needs more garden/Jacuzzi/soaking tub in the master suite if anything. Or am I missing it??

Really makes me appreciate what you can get in eastern PA for the money. Destroys pretty much anywhere else in the country.
