the NCAA and institutions miraculously pretending to value the absolute safety and health of the players is laughable at this point.

A study from Journal of The American Medical Associated found that 91% of CFB have CTE. 99% of NFL players...

This isn't a rocket science tier solution... have the players sign a waiver if they want to play, let others opt out. I'd bet if you let them chose, 90%+ will chose to play.

Dude 99.9% of student athletes get worthlessly easy degrees like "creative writing" and "Art History", you know, the easiest chit so they can spend more time practicing. Then, then they get injured (as the vast majority of them will) or simply not be good enough to make the cut for the NFL they graduate with essentially nothing to show for it.

Jim Harbaugh and Michigan want to play. What happens if one or more of their players get sick? What happens if a player dies?
Jim, the school, and the NCAA would be fu<ked. Should they take that chance for 1 unconventional season of football?

some of those offensive linemen are fat as phuck and prime candidates for not only getting C19 but dying from it.

besides, noones physically attending colleges this fall to buy the overpriced merchandise from the bookstore anyway.

If the school isn’t going to make money on these kids, they likely won’t float their college ride. Then what?

I will definitely become a bigger NFL fan than usual this year, but no college football is going to be really tough. I live in a college town, and football season is by far the best time of year in terms of social life in my city. It should still be ok if bars are allowed to open, but Saturdays are going to be a bit dull.
