I think the people that get actual tremors, shakes, seizures, etc are the ones who need a drink first thing in the morning, the dudes that literally drink ALL day, not just at night.

Its not a lie srs. I would drink **** loads of water and still lifted/ate pretty healthy in general so maybe that helped?

GJM! Drank a handle every few days myself for almost 10 yrs. Finally got a blood test and my levels were way up in the stratosphere! Seeing the results made me quit cold turkey. Levels returned to normal in about 6 months. Thank goodness I quit when I did before I did irreversible damage!
