I mean it depends. I really doubt a white chick throwing some food at a black guy would be charged for assault. Even in todays world. The black guy would be ridiculed for being a snitch by his own community, & getting pressed by a female.

I went to a mostly White high school, sh*t like this happens all the time lol. Nothing ever comes of it. Kid is dumb for what he said. Especially in this climate, but that's the definition of being a kid. Having said that her reaction was also what you would expect from a kid, so there's no way of saying she overreacted because they're both kids.

If it ends here and the boy learns not to tell black people to pick cotton then all's well. He got his jab in, she got her retaliation and nobody was hurt.
