Looks good. Butt comes up a bit before the weight goes up, which causes you to slightly rock forward.
I have the same problem, if I start with hips higher, I feel like I can't produce as much force.
Other than that, form looks on point.

The barbell medicine lectures/articles helped a lot. tldr a big part of chronic pain is threat perception, and not actual tissue damage. So starting with some ROM/loading that is not/minimally painful, then progressively overloading it gradually is the key. In my case, it was the high handle trap bar deads--> Snatch grip RDLs--> full ROM deadlifts
