The benefit is plowing hole.
Something for me at least, feels really good about being strong and solid through the hips, and a substantial weight.
The feeling of bouncing a woman off me.
I like the feeling of being confident, strong and sturdy through all my movements.
It effects pretty much every movement you make.
It's subtle but it's there.

Won't be catching me WASTING my time on that." (as he drives home with a bag of Wendy's to go binge watch 4 hours of netflix and misc).Literally none.
1. When i see really big guy i think: "he made a cult out of and build his life around nothing. Must be stressed about any extra calorie or missed protein intake. What a cuck." Pretty sure most of people that aren't gymcels thinking similar.
2. Ideal form for majority of women is tonned lean body that you can achieve with healty diet and few calisthenics per week.
3 & 4. yeah mb. Tho nothing beats martial arts in that regard, so why don't you just learn how to fight insted.

Personally when I see someone who is big, I just think ahh, someone who isn't afraid to put in work to get what they want out of life.
Benefits:
Feel comfortable in your own skin. When I play baseball with the boys and the tarps come off I have a friend who is a former chad (6'1, former athlete, chiseled face) I hear him make jokes about his body (which now carries man teds, huge love handles)
Girls will generally treat you a little better (difference between being athletic and lean, and skinny fat are easily 1 to 1.5 points of attractiveness
That is about it.

In general you'll be healthier, more aware of what you eat, will have a higher quality of life as you age/get older. And stand a smaller risk of medical issues as you age.
Furthermore you'll get more respect in general/people will take you more seriously. I know some twink or non-lifting miscer that has never actually been juiced up/jacked will deny this. But the simple truth is its very noticeable to anyone who has muscle/a good physique.
As far as women some like it, some don't. But the one's that do like muscle are very easy to obtain. If your just an average joe an entire sub-group of women are out of your reach.

srs question. I like lifting weight, compete in powerlifting, but it is not an inconvenience in any other aspect of my life. I probably would not fall under your definition of "gymcel" since I do not live for the gym, but I would say I am dedicated to lifting/powerlifting. Just wondering what you dedicate your life to that you think is a better pursuit?
I dont see your post as insecure so much as just not seeing that the gymcel probably considers his passion as important as what you are dedicated to(if this sentence even makes sense lol).
In my experience being bigger/stronger has both advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
For tradesmen, being stronger tends to lend itself to a job. If you are pulling, pushing, squatting heavy in the gym, even though barbells/dumbells are more ergonomically friendly, the work you do tends to be much easier as far as physical demands.
For office brahs/professional types, the sitting in one spot is not good for the body, so getting in the gym and moving weight around carries obvious physical benefits.
In general, people tend to think twice about getting aggressive if you are a bigger guy. Martial arts training being equal, a smaller man tends to lose against a bigger man in a fight.
Disadvantages:
Tradesmen tend to find the strongest dude in the crew to lean on when the work gets heavy.
People in general expect you to know how to fight if you are big, so sometimes if you get yourself into a situation where you have to fight, there are usually less alternatives to getting out of it peacefully. This usually is in a bar/club/party type scenario, though.
TL;DR
Stronger people are more useful

These are the benefits OP

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

A bigger person will have a huge adv in grappling, and you gonna feel it in sparring when they hit you.
Gracies even put forward that 20 lb (10kg) weight advantage is like a belt in BJJ. If your'e 155 and grappling with a 175lb dude its equivalent to him having a belt on you.

But then probably muscular endurance, it sucks when you are tired and the other is not and you can't do ****. So just get used to training in the tired zone. Which means you probably have to lower the weight.
Specifically body weight stuff, maybe mix in a few compounds for strength and explosiveness.
The stuff we do at training is medicine ball slams, shuttle runs, press ups, lots of sparring, time on the heavy bag going 100%, 1 min sprints on the assault bike, body weight squats / lunges etc, sit outs, sit ups
