A 5x5 workout at 80 percent 1rm will need like 10 minute rest periods. 10x10 with one min rest and 80 percent has left the planet of reality. Dude has no idea what he’s talking about if he’s actually suggesting that
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

He makes many exercises more complicated than it needs to, like curls with bands, wtf. He is super smart though, gotta hand it to him there.
