I think I could use some hairline restoration and fill in the top a bit more

Already on fin with no sides

A HT would rewind my hairline back 5 years

Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

OP, are you sure you don't have to hop on fin immediately? I thought SOP for all HTs was Big 3 for life.

As others have said, I too will go to Turkey when time is right.

Though I'm thinking to get mine done during this covid shut down as I'm currently unemployed but have some severance money I could use.

Age 32 with NW 2.5: High temple recession and very light thinning around cowlick. Definitely some miniaturization, diffusion, and what not going on there. No one else notices but I have the trained eye of a true miscer.

I think Joe Rogan has gotten multiple hair transplants. He talked of the long scars on the back of his head a few times on the podcast.

Something tells me though he is not the sort of guy who would hop on FIN. Once you do the HT, from my understanding docs tell you that you need to hop on FIN to maintain the non DHT resistant hair.

Or else, only the transplanted hair will remain and you will look like 2002 Fat Ronaldo.

You do know without fin, the hairs that aren't planted from the back will continue to fall out. So eventually youd lose more and more hair, requiring more hair transplants, until the donor area ran out.

Also odds of permanent impotency on fin is like 1 in 10000. Bigger chance of getting in a car crash, yet i don't see people getting deterred from those odds and give up driving.
