Same with how a confederate flag Hat would be a distraction, Whether it’s actually racist or not.

Just lol @ being triggered over a hat
One question though..... would there be any problem wearing clothing with the ISIS flag/symbol on in an American high school?

If we let people wear MAGA hats, would you also allow them to wear hats saying "Fuk the police" or Nazi swastikas? Do you see how maybe a school isn't the place for free political expression? Unless the course involves giving your political views, I'd eject someone like that from the room for a dress code violation. I'd do the same to someone wearing a Yang gang hat as well.

Why couldn't the teacher just say "no hats allowed for anyone as per the dress code"?

We need more conservative teachers. It's ridiculous they all preach about diversity yet have 90% democrat and 80% female teachers in schools. Oh yeah diversity is only about skin pigmentation and physical.. not diversity of thought.

I can see both sides.
If you're going to be around bee's that will attack and sting you for wearing honey, then it's not a good idea to wear honey.
However, it would be better if the people were not like bees that attack people because they wear honey.
As a teacher among kids, you need to have a stern as fuk attitude... that sitting down and speaking in a soft voice will just get you ran over. I seen this in school, any teacher that was soft always got ran over, everytime, regardless of if they were a a solid teacher in other aspects.
Best approach would have been to pull the kid aside away from the others for a minute, and request he moves the hat... and explain to him that the rest of them are like children throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their own way. Usually when you level with someone like that and give them a little with their argument, and put down the opposition a little, they'll comply. And the end of the day what is happening is game of dominance... the kid wants X and the other kids want Y. It has nothing to do with freedom of expression or standing up for a right... it's a dominance game.
Regardless of if the hat is equal to that of wearing say a hat with a swastika on it... it's a subjective thing, to some of the students they think it is.
Where I lived we'd sometimes have day outings with other schools, and those other schools were of a different religious background... Wearing a certain jersey would be highly offensive to the other schools, and jerseys they could have worn would have been highly offensive to our school.
Both schools just had strict rules to wear normal clothes that didn't signal anything like that as a means to just simply not offend to other side.
I mean, you could wear a hat that had a picture of someone's mother giving you a blowjob, with the nude parts censored out... and you'd be allowed to do that. But it's obviously gonna be offensive to that person.
Sure it would be nice if people didn't get offended/it would be nice if they agree'd with everything you agree with... but they don't.
So instead of giving each other the finger, can't both sides just agree not to give the other side the finger? The alternative is the dominance game. One side could all wear their Trump hats, and the other side could all wear their BLM hats... sure they're all now freely expressing themselves, but a dominance game has formed and tensions will rise and fights will occur. Is that a better alternative than to just wear not signalling clothes and all get along?
I understand freedom of expression is a good thing and all, but doing so at every turn is just ignorant of human nature and how the world will react to you doing certain things that you don't find offensive, but they do. There's something they could do to you that is offensive too, like wearing a censored picture of your mother giving them a blowjob as a hat.
Would you really be all "Good for you man, freedom of expression, wear that hat with a censored picture of my mother giving you a blowjob"

Creating rules for the sole purpose of flexing power is the type of society libtards are working to create. Very akin to the current mask situation some would say (although the masks at least may serve a small purpose, if any)
Yes obviously certain attire in certain situations is inappropriate but if you tell your kid not to wear a hat in restaurant cus you think it's "rude", you're a *******. Dead srs
