Only if you keep cutting even though there's no more fat on your body, does your face start to sink in.
Yeah when you get to like 7% it looks gross

Fukking lol at trying to live 10% life in your 30s.

Fluctuate between 12-14 and eat whatever the fuk you want and enjoy yourself.

I have no wrinkles but i assume they appear under eyes and the face looks crackheadish, not sure beard could help significantly with that

I have 0 wrinkles on my forehead or around my eyes (crows feet) but I had smile lines around my mouth. That was 5 years ago and at a higher bf%. Who knows what it would look like now

10-12 is summer 12-14 is winter. So you can go to town on ice cream and cake and chit half the year. At end of summer and I need to go up a weight class by the 19th so I just polished off a whole large pepperoni pizza other night. Felt good man. Just grow a beard in the winter.

There should never be any reason that you go above 10% regardless of age (unless you're 65+). Your diet and training is sub-optimal if this happens and you'll need to re-assess ASAP

I have too much grey in my facial hair, so I've quit beardmaxxing.

Don't really have wrinkles though, but I've never been down to 10% bf so not sure what would happen if I did. My skin is pretty good, even with all the heavy drinking I've done.

You can still stay 12% and eat pizza just gotta play around with foods.

I find having a structure and maintaining easier than going back and forth

You clearly dont know how to properly gauge bf%.

14% for somebody with good muscle size is lean as fuk. Visible abs, clear muscle separation, etc.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Sub 10 percent natty?
12-13 seems pretty reasonable for a natural as you still have abs. Lower than 10% and most people would look too small lol

I agree bro but the face aswell is of concern. Once you reach around 33 or whatever you want to have chiselled face shape still

You say that chit now but when you get 35 and start looking ghoulish at 10% you'll be singing a different tune. Also I think we haveverydifferent ideas of what 10% actually looks like. I've lost an additional 5 lbs since my avi. What do you think my bf% is in it?

Most bodybuilders actually peak in their 30's. Ronnie Coleman won all of his olympia titles in his 30's and Arnie won 1980 Mr. Olympia at 33. Greg Plitt was also 37 when he passed and he looked phenomenal.

10% generally means the lower abs are visible and there is very clear separation in the arms. 10% on one person wont the look same as the next person though of course, since everyone holds fat differently. It's hard to tell in your avi pic but I'd estimate 13-14%

You're right that you can peak from a body aesthetics standpoint but you still start to lose collagen in your face and when that loss of collagen isn't covered by some fat you end up looking older. It's the main reason why the vegan chicks look horrific after 30. Low bf% and rapidly declining collagen looks horrible. I have no idea what my bf% is but I'd guess about 12 to 15% so it looks like we're on the same page there
