Your shoulders aren't small compared to your arm, it's just that your traps are really big compared to the whole arm from shoulder down to forearm.

So the advice of more shoulder work could probably be: focus on arms and shoulders the coming period, and you say you focused on SS now you want more hypertrophy - I can suggest watching Victor Costa's videos on shoulder and arms (or whatever bodypart) and notice how much time he spends on talking about the mind muscle connection, aka focus on the contraction instead of getting the weight from A to B

Thats pretty weak brah.

You need to at least strict OHP 75lbs each side to see decent shoulder development.

He definitely does. Yes this is the guy. Stick with his approach (or more in general: the approach of focusing on mind muscle connection/ contractions) and your mass will shoot up, as well as weights

When I was at the peak of my bulk, sure. But face also did look like a cloud.

I mean how many natty's you know are ohpressing 75lbs each side. With less than 12% bodyfat
