Its a miracle Kyle got out of this alive. srs.

He could have died in multiple occasions. A lot of them were carrying a gun. The tony hawk's fan almost knocked him out with the skate. He shooted the other guys' arm before he pulled the trigger.

The preliminary report on the first guy said he had a gunshot to the back that went through his lung and liver (IIRC). Looks like shooterbrah in the video may have fired the fatal shot, not Kyle. I'll bet they find 2 different calibers in deadguy's body.
