It's not his fault who he defeated in his prime. He was the undisputed heavyweight champion. Alll he could do was fight the ones at the top. Even if they weren't the greatest of fighter.

But yes unless someone beat everyone, you can't necessarily call him the goat. But the one who beat mike tyson, was mike tyson himself.
So all we can do is look at him during his prime and ask ourselves, could any boxer beat mike tyson in that state? It's really just up in the air because we'll never find out.
But a lot of people think no one could beat him, and therefore call him the goat.

Who's your top 10 all time, including all weight classes? Boxing history is fascinating considering it was once the most popular sport in the country.

Jack Dempsey made more in one fight than Babe Ruth did his entire career.
