Exactly. Throw the kunt of a cliff. Make sure it's high enough to disable him (broken arms and legs, possibly broken back as well) but not quite enough to kill him. Then watch him from a distance (so that's he's isolated and can't tell there's other people around) and basically watch him until he dies from exposure or animals feasting on him. If he attempts to move in the mean time, shoot him in areas that will incapacitate him but ensure that the shot does not kill him. He needs to suffer for an extended period of time.

Seriously. People have absolutely no common sense anymore. I was coming home tonight on a busy as hell/high traffic road with no shoulder whatsoever and came across a couple walking their dog; then their small 5 to maybe 8 year old kids pushing scooters 100 yards ahead of them. Again, this is after sunset, on a dark country road with a 50 mph speed limit and not even any fog lines, just a drop to grass or cornfields. I wouldn’t even walk that road in the daytime wearing a bright yellow vest, and here they are doing it at night wearing dark clothing, kids separated from them and also on the road; without a care in the world. Absolutely no self awareness about how easy it would be for someone to swerve 6 inches and kill all of them, or not even see them whatsoever.

Just a complete absence of any reasonable decision making.
