i remember a claymation about not judging people by their appearances, which consisted of 4 people on the train, the protag is reading a newspaper about a serial killer on the loose, and he thinks the rough looking person infront of him is suspect, when the nice lady next to him all along is the serial killer, her appearance starts becoming devilish as it turns near the end, never forgot the nightmarefuel that gave me as a kid.
