I had something similar OP. I was in the gym yesterday, and I scratched myself on one of the squat racks. Doc said it was pretty bad and had to slap a Dora the Explorer band-aid on it. Chit cost me $15,000 in medical bills. Not sure what's going to go first, my life or my crumbling manliness.

Combining two OTC pain meds is supposed to be better for pain relief than almost anything, but (duh) you have to be careful on dosing to avoid liver injury and drinking should be right out if you try this.
