"Quantitative Applications of Business"

That class was phucking RIDICULOUSLY complicated. It was basically Accounting + Differential Equations. It was the most advanced business course I had to take for my major (IT).

I took it my senior year and was all out of phucks to give. I knew I'd never have any practical use for what I was learning in that class. I legit think the professor took pity on me when she passed me lol, I think I barely scraped a D.

I graduated with a 3.0, forever a B student because that's what I could get on cruise control. Never cared much about grades in classes idgaf about.

Probably Statistics for Strategy Problems. The Professor was tough (nice guy though), unfortunately I found out too late that several of the other Profs who teach it were easy. Granted, had I applied myself more I could have probably gotten a B easily enough. Ended up with a D+ though (69.57% to be exact, and of course he wouldn't up).

I went to Grad School for Accounting, so there were some pretty tough classes/subjects there (I'd probably say Corporate/Business Entity Taxation was the toughest) - but ultimately I had a more difficult time with that Stats class (again - a lot of that probably having to do with the teacher) than those.

calculus was barely used and it was all algebra but the class kicked my ass with all the components your suppose to put in and how to manipulate the equation to find a part missing

True. But for right now I'm content going on cruise control with my helpdesk job - I get paid well by my company, and have it pretty cushy working from home right now.

I'm also only planning on being in the IT industry for another 10 years at most, and then I'll be doing private real estate full time.

I was an art major, and math has always been my most difficult subject.

College Algebra

I got nothing but F’s on every test, eventually, I dropped it. I took Statistics instead, and got a C.

Anthropology

I got C in this class, but just barely. I joined the anthropology club for extra credit, and we went on a trip to the San Diego zoo. I had to chart the movement of a group of apes for two hours, but I had left my notebooks and pencils in someone’s trunk. I borrowed two sheets of lined paper from someone else in the club, and a pencil, that broke.

I sharpened the pencil on concrete until I could write with it, and used my watch to tell time. I filled up both sides of both pages and succeeded in my goal. I went home that night, and that Monday to the junior college I typed up my report and turned it in.

Someone from the club wanted my notes for the ape project, but I told him no, the Professor had said we couldn’t share notes.

Three-Dimensional Design

This was an art class where we made sculptures. First metal wire, then wood sticks, then we carved a sculpture out of plaster. The problem with this class is that the professor graded one grade lower than you deserved; the best sculpture in class got a B. So I got two D’s. Luckily, I did better on the written tests, and got a C in the class.

Sociology. It was my last semester and still needed a lib credit. It was also just after lunch and I wanted a nap, the professor could have been speaking tongues, and I had zero interest in the material. Would have gladly sat through any pchem, calc, or physics rather than endure that class.

in my experience math professors are the fuken worst - perfectly willing to say there might be good math professors out there though.

Sociology is pretty cool. These subjects are pretty important despite what many people think. Women gender study is actually pretty important too. Just don't invest too much time in these subjects and understand the main points they are trying to make.

Organic Chem 2. Workload from labs alone was intense, and most exam questions are multi step so if you eff up part A, just lol at part D
