I believe it. After having my new German car towed (under warranty) to the dealer 5x in a month for gremlins that made it randomly inoperable, I sold it. I asked how much it would have cost out of warranty and it was over 10k and I don't believe they ever figured it out. Due to costs, I would be shocked if that POS was still on the road.

Is that guy in Texas a "police shooting?" The chick was off duty and thought she was in her apartment. I think that could have gone the same way regardless of her occupation.

There are a few questions I have.

How many felonies does the criminal in question have?

Would the victim still be alive if he wasn't tried so lenialently during his last convictions?

How long is this process to have him executed gonna take? It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks, but I bet it will be dragged on for years.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
