We have a decoration that always scared me as a kid. We would the spider web stuff over one of our hanging plants, and then put a massive rubber tarantula dead in the middle of it, and spray some fake blood on it. It was right outside our front door so when you would walk up to it you wouldn't see the spider, but when you focused on it for a second you were like fukk!
