you should absolutely politely tell them that you expected and require a shower and it was present when you signed your membership contract, the fix and undue hardship of the prolonged fix are inadequate, and you want free membership time

Omg. Do you think I can get away with that!!!!! It would be extra super mean, but if I pitch it right maybe it will work. I pay a HUGE fee for this gym.
