I'd like to agree with Donny in principle, but the posts that got Wincel banned last time crossed a line that should have earned him a permaban. He wasn't just wishing Trump dead, he was promoting assassination. It was the kind of thing that could have brought a lot of negative attention here. BB.COM is a business and it cannot be associated the idea of political assassination.
I think there are people here who'd give him a chance, but he doesn't seem to want to let them.
