They aren’t preferable taste wise but in my experience they’re still fine as far as nutritional values are concerned. I too have started eating more bells, big big fan, them and portabella mushrooms.

Turmeric on its own has no bioavailability. You would need at least 2g with at least 10mg of bioperine or what’s better, BCM-95 or Theracurmin which are phospholipid forms. LEF makes a great BCM-95 supp.

I like Orange Triad as well, right now I'm taking something from ON, i think orange triad was out of stock last time I restocked on my vitamins. Orange Triad is better.
