Went to a Mexican restuarant recently and ordered the advertised "Gringo special." It was delicious.

Girlfriend went to leave a review (Guessing on google or fb). Some white soiboy complained that the Gringo Special was offensive and left a negative review.



I loled hard and told her to leave a "Gringo Special was delicious, great dish."

Went to a vietnamese PHO place.

Notice all the other tables got free green tea with their meals.

Ima aware you miscers on positive racism in the restaurant industry:

Imagine a wedding full of black folks in the south: 300 people, and its particularly affluent black couple. They want the surf and turf: a slab of salmon and a nice slab of filet mignon.

Because its a 300 person wedding, you have to cook the steak before anyone arrives (because you can't whip up 300 steaks on a 20 burner grill in 30 mins), and hold it in hot boxes until the reception...how do you cook the steak, what skew?

Further, this is a wedding where the planner has the option of 2 dressings of 3 for salad service: ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, or raspberry vinaigrette (gross, lol). The wedding plan calls for the 2 dressings to be on the table, but you're a server whos been in the industry a few years, what dressing do you keep on your tray stand incase one runs out?

Last question: the service calls for sweet tea, because you're catering in the south (FL the GOAT), how sweet do you make the tea compared to your traditional mix?


You have 2 options, you can be woke as ****, and deliver a piss poor food service, or....you can use typical stereotypes known in the south to deliver a fantastic food service. What do you do?

Option 1, deliver a fantastic service that is loved by your guests, but is wildly racists by 2020 standards:

Steak skew is medium at 60%, medium well at 20% and 20% medium rare. Ranch is the extra dressing you keep on your tray stand so you don't lose time on the salad service, and finally, the sweet tea is 3 extra grams of sugar per pint to ensure maximum molasses for the black folks. You're well loved by your clients, but you know at heart you delivered greatness through stereotyping.

Option 2, deliver a service that is straight **** and slows down the reception by a good hour:

Steak skew is 40% medium, 30% medium rare, and 30% medium well, 20% of the steaks are sent back to be cooked longer, losing you 30 mins in the reception, slowing down the entire venue, you stack no extra ranch losing you 5 to 10 minutes in the kitchen where you and your entire staff are furiously trying to re up the caddies, and finally your tea aint ****ing sweet enough, the entire table bitches and asked for a rebrew or more sugar packets. The clients leave the venue bitching about the service, but you are humbled, knowing you're extra woke.

What option do you take as a business owner?

Spoiler alert, white people like undercooked steak, and so massive venues adopt skews based on client, black folks like over cooked steak and adopt as such as well.

The place I used to work at went downhill before I left and turned to crap, Yelp has them at somewhere between 1 and 2 stars, google review has them at 3.8. My thinking is Google lets them remove bad reviews. All the ones that are on google sound like paid endorsements. Yelp seems more realistic, but that's just me

How would the rating system work?


Racist level 1: Not letting tranny's into the little girls restroom
Racist level 2: Restaurant doesn't donate 90+ percent of its gross income to BLM
Racist level 3: No POC working
Literally hitler level 4: Owner is proud of being white
Crimes against humanity: Owner is white with a white wife and a Christian family
