Nice lookin swiss chard. Mine always does okay for a while then starts bolting. Have you had any problems with that? Good news is that I now have a ziploc bag full of seeds lol.

It does take some effort, but start cooming less and gardening more. It's fun. srs.

Thanks brah. Yea my swiss chard is oddly perfect. Bugs aren't eating it. Zero problems bolting or having any other issues. I'm almost waiting for something to happen.

My bloomsdale spinach bolts pretty easily though. A week ago had a to cut off about a 1/3 of them that just didn't make it. Otherwise pretty good.

My main issue was my arugala. It was my crusher to start. But out of nowhere it started turning purple, and I tried saving it with a phosphorous heavy fertilizer, but it was already spotting everywhere. You can see the purple in the one picture. Although I crowded the pot with arugala because I didn't think every seed would germinate and it would grow so well lol.

Yeah, basically into controlling blood sugar, boosting test, increasing blood flow and NO, aid recovery and reduce inflammation.

I think the beet powder stuff also does most of those, most importantly (for me) boosting Nitric Oxide.

Anything that can increase circulation and boost Nitric Oxide is basically always good for you, except don't take when you're sick.

Nice dude, this is from March I believe. Swiss Chard, arugula, broccoli rabe, kale, heirloom lettuce mix... All organic and grown from seed. Redwood boxes I made, 3 which are 6 ft long each. Also had an organic habanero plant that I brought in in december and set up a grow light, didn't want it to die. It did well and is outside now producing. Right now I am growing spices, ghost peppers, habaneros, and jalapenos.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

For pete's sake. Absolutely crushing brah. That's the way you do it. I started all from seed as well. Are you going to grow the same stuff next year or are you going to add in some more? I wish I could do spices and grow some peppers like that, but I wouldn't be able to eat them. I can't take any spice haha.

Also good idea with the trellises. That's what I am going to do a lot of next year for my leafy greens and then raised garden beds (if I get a place with land) for the rest. Do you use compost in your soil or add anything special for it? Seems like everything grew amazingly well.

Going to start all of the greens this week probably indoors without the brocolli rabe, that was a waste of space and really didn't produce. I just use organic potting soil from Home Depot and blood meal or the 4-1-1 Alaska fish fertilizer on the greens, you want high nitrogen. For the vegetables I use Dr Earth 4-6-3

Yea I used mostly organic soil which did much better than the few I used miracle gro potting mix. I had to improvise with my fertilizers because home depot by me ran out of blood meal, and didn't have a lot of the Dr Earth stuff left. I did pick up a miracle gro high nitorgen fetilizer which has helped a ton for my greens.

I'll be more prepared this time for the spring. Just doing herbs over the winter and I'll start some seedlings in early march indoors with my grow light to get a head start going into spring. Pretty excited.

Never thought gardening would be this enjoyable. But I plan to have a garden for the rest of my life. srs.
