Yes but any stimulant will eventually level out to where you need it to feel nomral. Have a caffeen headache because I've cut down on that rright now. When you don't get it, there are withdraws and nicotine is one of the worse on the withdrawl factor. Yes, the tobacco has other things in it which makes it worse. The combination is one reason why most smokers have a hard time stopping even when using a vape that has more nicotine than their cigs did.
