I got 100% surefire way to fix your insomnia guaranteed. Go camping for a week in a wilderness. Your BS insomnia will disappear once nature mogs you with its proper daylight cycle.

Cold and dark as phuck at night = you are not going to stay up till 3am.
Bright and warm as phuck in the morning = your ass is going to be out of the bed at like 5am.

hardcore night owl and insomniac crew. camping fixes me right up every time.

I also am unable to sleep properly. I wake up usually at 6 AM and when I manage to go to sleep at 3 AM of next morning, I only sleep two hours or three at most.

Hasn't affected my life yet but I am afraid as I grow older, it would bite me.

Have severe sleep apnea and have been using Cpap for about a year now with great results. Best thing I ever did.

Used to wake up after what I thought was 8 hours of sleep and it felt like I slept zero hours.
Had to take a nap every day or I was totally done.
Almost had the doctor take my drivers license away because it was such a safety hazard.
