My arms are too small compare to my massive torso. So more bicep curls.

you're a consultant right? i think ppl who become extremely successful had an insecurity/chip on shoulder that pushed them on the come up.

personally, i care less about happiness rn and will use whatever insecurity i have to achieve my goals

Letting go of things I cannot control. It has for has caused me way too much anger during this lockdown and boiled over into other things. Sleep has been awful too but now that I'm working again that's been much better. I need to get back to lifting I've been terrible lately. I also need to be better about reaching out to people.

The most fundamental thing I need to change is getting back into a consistent lifting routine. If I get back on the train I know I will improve in all other areas of life.

May I kindly suggest getting some sun with your shirt off?

Putting effort into maintaining relationships. I'm bad about not reaching out to someone or even really putting any effort into someone I actually like (as a person) unless I have a use/need for them.

Bonus critique....

Pushing myself to be better. I used to never settle and always be looking for the next level up or what I could do to be better. Over the last 2-3 years I feel that I've reached a level to where I'm content and have just stopped really trying so much.

I judge the fuk out op people too.....probably not good
