I have none. Only time I’ve been anxious in the past five years was the birth of my son.

Eat less junk food, stay active, take you vitamins, engage in herblore (mileage may very on that one) and find purpose. Even if that purpose is just building a coffee table.

I don't know what anxiety is tbh. Don't know if I have ever had it. I mean I get nervous or stressed, but not like people describe with anxiety.

I've dealt with A LOT of stress in my life. Soccer was my antidote. Then it became lifting.

So the times I have felt most at peace and stoic are when all these things are in check:
-7-8 hours of sleep
-Clean diet (+vitamins)
-Structured workout schedule
-Routine
-No caffeine/alcohol/fapping
-Gratitude

Also try writing things down before bed of everything you need to do the next day, and look at it when you wake up. When you write it down it is almost like the stress gets offloaded to that paper. Then you can go to bed knowing you have structure to the chaos of stress your mind created.

Always work on those basic things in life and make them as good as possible before you even entertain things like pills/meds.

You have too much time on your hands. Find a job, any job, preferably two, and dedicate yourself to climbing the ladder. Join a gym, lift like a madman for 2 hours a day. Eat healthy, eating chit makes you feel like chit. Just stay busy and make busy equate to being productive.

Thought I've 40 more years of this working ****, I can spend a few pursuing a dream
-dropped out of grad scheme
-took ****ting insurance broker job which paid £60k thanks to commision
-worked my ass off for two year
-got qualified flying r22 and powerless gliders
-took up kite surfing
-Joined navy
About 2.5 years hard graft

if you think about it, you probaly can do most things, if you're willing to compromise and put the effort in, get yourself a goal, let it consume you, achieve it

Cut caffeine consumption to 0 if you haven't already. Excercise and sleep well too.

Otherwise, go and get your hormones checked.
Never take it personal, even when it is.

If you get one cast iron goal, it usually leads to more as well, training I did for the navy, got me mad into iron mans, and all the money I made got me into property development. its small steps of progress bro, theres no 8 week plan. You just need to down that first can of man the **** up, srs

I actually started taking this supplement and it’s helped.

“Calm now”

https://www.zhounutrition.com/products/calm-now

You should look up the ingredients on your own and decide if this is something you might want to take. But I have gone through my second bottle now and noticed a difference. Like I can literally feel when it’s actively in my system or not. I purchased it at Mother’s Market.

Dat der green, but specifically in opportune times.

Other than that, it's ultimately improving your own education and self analysis skills. Identifying the cause of the anxiety is one thing. After that it's the "why" and "how." And then after that it's acknowledging "what's the worst that can happen," assessing the odds, and coming to the conclusion that your own feelings on the matter have little or even zero impact on the occurrence and its chances of happening, and you can turn the situation into something to stop giving a crap about. Otherwise, you can build up emergency plans and/or supplies, to negate when those worst case scenarios can occur.

Istopped worrying about things I couldn't changea long time ago.

I triage my anxieties and deal with only what I can changeby acting instead of ruminating.

Sometimes it's surprisingly easy and other times it's not so easy.

Smaller ones tend to solve itself so I start with bigger problems first.

When I start trying really hard and successfully focusing my mind on the issue,

sooner or later I'd find my anxiety is gone.

And.....one more thing, people who are trying very hard to help others seldom feels anxiety for themselves. So try it sometimes.

Good luck.

Anxiety?

You mean those momentary lapses in cope where you just know deep down you are nothing and absolutely worthless?

Just lol at normies
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."
