He is now immobile by even the most exaggerated horror movie standards and not a threat. Depends on which storyline we're following. 1-6 all followed each other and made Michael some supernatural powered killer born under a curse. But H20 ignored 4-6 since Laurie is alive and has a son. Laurie is dead in part 4 but has a daughter. And then the 2018 reboot ignored all sequels, meaning they aren't even brother and sister anymore. There's no type of supernatural powers if you follow the 2018 reboot. Just an emotionless sadistic killer.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, nonsubjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

The end of Hellraiser 3...The puzzle box was put in the wet concrete that would be the foundation for a building...but they got it out in the next movie...
