There is a wierd dynamic going on.

When he asked her to get him a drink, he was smiling AND he said please. To me, he was being playfull, but look at her body language. Straight up bitch mode.

Then I'm pretty sure that when he said "I'm not funny." He was making a joke, but her response was harsh as hell. I think after that, he was like "**** it I'm going to say whatever I can to piss her off."

A guy with good social awareness and game, could have easily turned it back on her and got her to let down her guard, but I don't think he was that attracted to her to begin with and he knows he doesn't have to work with most women, so why put in the effort if she is not his type AND she is bitchy.

Being the chad that he is, he probably has so many experienced with women that he probably knew it wasn't going to work as soon as he walked up, but gave it a half ass try anway.
