Something like this. My girl and I both have our own careers and schedules. My mind is on a lot of stuff and we have a number of pets that require attention. New-1st year ....daily if not more than once/day

Current situation (35yrs old, been together for 6.5 years) I'm good with 2-3x week. Maybe get "wild" and bang in a random spot in the house every once in a while. We try to not go more than 2-3 days, but sometimes life gets in the way and forcing it doesn't do anybody any good. There was a stretch about a month ago where we went 7 days without and on the 8th day when we finally got to it, it was like we were animals. Going without that long sucked, but it was almost worth it.

Typically twice a week is what I shoot for and what I think is healthy, but it is imperative that you perform and both parties are engaged. Personally, it ranges anywhere from 1-5× a week. My wife and I both work 40+ hours so sometimes we just don't have the time/energy during the week, but still always get at least 1-2× in on weekends. We just took a road trip for our anniversary 2 weeks ago and went at it at least 1× per day for 10 or 11 days straight. That was fun but I was draaaaained by the time we got home.
