Will be more privacy than people think but still don't think I would pull the trigger. If it had a pool then maybe hmmmm

Why pay such high prices to live in......toronto...
Bad weather...check
Not as scenic as vancouver (but similarly priced)..check
About as happening and "hip" as Chicago across the border but like double the cost of living(Chicago is relatively affordable)....check
Similar prices to NYC but nowhere near the prestige, girls, architecture, clubs, and HIGH SALARIES....check
If you are going to pay those prices why not just move to somehere where you at least get nice weather(LA), better scenery (vancouver) or better city life(nyc)?

Only thing stopping me is that I'm not starting a brand new life at 25 lol. My friends, family, connections.. are all in Toronto.

No way I'd buy that right outside the rooftop patio. When anyone comes upstairs they can see right inside your place or you'll hear them. As much as you might think that's awesome it would probably get old really fast.

Always love citycels trying to act like "midwest country folks" are too poor and naïve that a condo downtown would cost that much. No. We're surprised you'd spend that much for a shoebox surrounded by concrete and a majority of people you hate.
You can have it OP.

I prefer to live in a lively city and this is the price you have to pay.
