Maybe, maybe not.

I pay very good attention to things that I eat and how they effect my body, that's been doing so since I realized I couldn't have milk.

One of the first things I noticed was that drinking milk would always make my nose start running, which already isn't a good thing (food that form mucous in you are NOT good).

Even got to the point where my nose would start running because my body would anticipate that I was about to have some milk (ex. I'd eat a muffin and have milk after almost daily so if I ate a muffin my nose would start running).

Do you get that insane level of pressure? Where it feels like it's not even pressure, it's just over stimulation and pain?

I don't mess with milk anymore except a few things like butter, some sharp cheeses.

What happened with the pain was I had stopped consuming any milk products for maybe a year.

Was at parents, they got some Baker's Square apple pies and I'm like "fukkk, let me have a few slices of pie and some milk.

Ended up having like 3-4 glasses of milk then within about an hour or so I was having some of the most intense pain in my life coming from my stomach.

It was pressure so bad I thought I was gonna die, and as I said I've been through some painful stuff but that took the cake.

Lactose intolerance brah checking in. Makes me sick af. As in bad stomach ache, throwing up, diarrea. Struggled with it for years when i was a kid/teen. Was really sick for a week at a time. Wake up in middle og Night with bad stomach ache lasting hours. Had to sit in fetal position to make it bearable.

Dr took diff tests for like 2 years then finally they took a lactose test. Had LI. Stopped dairy and was never sick again.

Lol at the meme about cheese & lactose intolerane. Cheese has like zero lactose. Remember lactose is sugar

Mozzarella is bad, I think the lactose is what makes cheese "melty".

American mess up my stomach too.

Sharp cheese like cheddar is fine though.

Its like jumping into a pool. If you just dip your toe in it youre going to think its way too cold to swim in. but if you just fully jump in youll be alright after a couple seconds. LactoseIntolerantcels are afraid of the pool. Stay drinking soy on the sidelines boyos. While we milkmaxxers enjoy a nice swim.
But you have to keep drinking milk every day, which is the problem. Once you skip a few days, you're right back to square one.

Its easy for me.

Always keep a chocolate/strawberry/full cream milk to drink. Always have cottage cheese, cheddar/mozz cheese, ice cream etc on deck. I honestly just absolutely LOVE dairy. Its just so so good.
