Been living in the Tampa area since I was a kid. Florida summers are miserable if you don’t have a car with remote start. Start my car 10min before leaving my place and you’re good to go.

Beaches, amusement parks, regular outdoor parks, fishing, surfing, scuba diving, boating/jet-skiing, etc etc

Tons of stuff to do as far as entertainment and clubs and bars and sporting events.

Cost of living is very manageable depending where you go. No state income tax. No vehicle inspections.

Close to the Caribbean for cheap and easy access for cruises and vacations in all those islands.

We don’t care about hurricanes until Cat 4 or 5. No one cares about alligators.

Lots of sexy women in the gyms and on the beaches.

There’s some cons of course, but overall it’s a great state to live in!

But also, fuk off we’re full

Coast would be nice. Doesn't have to be the only option.

I live in a downtown now so I am used to being surrounded by liberals, albeit where I am at it is "conservative" for a downtown. And thanks, that is kind of what I was wondering.

use a reflective shield on your windshield and have reflective tint. you do not need remote start, this isn't arizona.
