HTC is a rebranded SSC (Sloppy Seconds Crew), i.e. once sloots in their prime have had all of their glow literally phucked out of them to the point where tired-eye hooker look and obesity has set in, HTC go after them fighting for scraps like hyenas with lion's meal leftovers.

Glorious LTC have their meal first.
MTC take their turn afterwards.
Scraps go to HTC who will take ANYTHING because they are so high test (lol)
